1. Process Engineering

• To review the Basic Engineering Package furnished by OWNER
• To prepare P & IDs for the process plant based on the PFD's and basic P & IDs furnished by OWNER

• Prepare, process data sheets(PDS), Instrument process data sheet (IPDS),Line list

2. Mechanical Engineering

• Prepare specification sheets /mechanical sketches for fabricated, rotary and package equipment
• To carry out technical evaluation of the bids received and recommend suitable vendor for supply
• To review vendor drawings for fabricated, rotary as well as package equipment

3. Piping Engineering

• Prepare detailed equipment layout drawing, based on preliminary equipment layout and P&IDs
• Prepare detailed piping layout drawings showing plan, elevation and sections for equipment within the battery limit
• Prepare specification for pipe supports
• Prepare BOQ for pipes, fittings, insulation, flanges and valves
• Prepare piping material specifications
• Prepare nozzle orientations
• Prepare isometrics wherever applicable
• Prepare specification for painting and insulation
• Prepare tender documents for equipment, piping erection and technical bid analysis

4. Instrumentation Engineering

• Prepare instrument list, specifications and data sheets of instruments
• Prepare hook-up drawings/ loop drawings
• Prepare instrument location layout plans, junction box, cable schedules, air header schedule and layouts
• Prepare tender specification for instrumentation work (laying down the methods of erection, testing, start-up etc)
• To carry out technical evaluation of the bids received and recommend suitable vendor
• Prepare order specifications
• To review vendor drawings

5. Electrical Engineering Services

• Design substation and switchyard with bus duct, HT/LT panels & MCC/PCC Panels
• To carry out detailed engineering of electrical power, earthling, lighting system and lightning protection
• Design electrical distribution system and prepare single line diagram with details of LT distribution system
• Prepare specifications for all electrical items, panels etc
• Prepare cable sizing, cable schedule, cable tray sizing and routing layouts
• Prepare tender specifications for electrical installation work (laying down the methods of erection, testing, start-up, etc)
• To carry out technical evaluation of the bids received and recommend suitable vendor for supply
• Prepare order specifications
• To review vendor drawings
• Prepare technical documents/drawings as needed by statutory authorities
